John has just started with the company and his sales figures are not meeting the grade. With the threat of the sack hanging over him, Miss Harper explains her somewhat unorthodox motivational methods which include physical punishment. If he agrees to the punishment she may give him another chance. The treatment begins with him bent over her knee for a good hand spanking and is swiftly followed by the belt on his bare cheeks. In the middle of his punishment, John's humiliation is made worse when Miss Harper's secretary, Jane, enters the office to see John's rosy red cheeks on full display. The motivational therapy continues with the cane until John's really learnt the error of his ways. When she's finished, he is made to stand in the corner of her office, hands on his head, nose up against the wall and red cheeks on full display.
